1. Insert travel
Sometimes people ask us why, under certain conditions, the cross-hole brush should be pulled backward during processing instead of pushed forward...
Push or pull? The feed direction decides.
Tool Selection:
The tip of each ceramic fiber is a cutting edge. These tips must be correctly oriented to remove the target burr from the root of the burr. Therefore, it is crucial whether the feed direction (i.e., forward or backward) is correct.
Insert the tool into the hole while the main spindle is stopped.
2. Turn on the main spindle
Before reaching the cross hole to be deburred, start the main spindle clockwise inside the hole.
3. Front and back stroke repeated feed
The guide fiber rod moves back and forth in front of the cross hole. During backward movement, we recommend simultaneously changing the rotation direction of the main spindle.
4. Retract from the hole
The spindle rotation must be stopped before the tool exits the hole.
