1. Deburr front
When the tool is inserted into the bore, the integral cutting edge removes the burr.
The split arbor design makes it work like the BurrAway, which relies on spring pressure to deburr the bore.
As the cutting edge passes through the hole, it retracts into the tool under the action of spring compression force (due to the rounded design and polishing of the cutting edge, it will not damage the inner surface of the hole).
3. Deburring the back of the hole
During the reverse feed, burrs on the rear of the hole can be removed.
