The difficulty in deburring edges lies in the diverse forms of edges, which can be sharp edges, mechanically pre-formed edges, curved edges, or edges with unclear contours. To ensure safety, functionality, and assembly accuracy, the deburring process must remove all sharp residues (i.e., burrs) on the workpiece contour without damaging the workpiece's shape, dimensions, and fitting accuracy, while also preserving the ideal surface quality required by the product.

We recommend deburring directly on the machine tool. In this case, manual deburring has been replaced by the ibex deburring system. The system consists of an ibex compensating tool holder and an ibex special milling cutter, which can compensate for dimensional fluctuations of up to 10 mm in the push and pull directions of this irregular contour, thereby ensuring consistent chamfering and deburring effects.
