Features:
Deburring of intersecting holes
Ceramic fiber brushes must always be moved in the direction opposite to the brush head. This pulling action minimizes bristle deflection. Pushing the brush will cause the bristles to splay or even break.
Tool selection:
When deburring intersecting holes, a gentle brush angle and a higher feed rate are required. For more uniform results, deburring can be performed by alternating clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
Thread deburring
When deburring external threads, a steeper brush angle (22.5°) is required. The correct workpiece rotation direction is: clockwise M03 for right-hand threads, and counter-clockwise M04 for left-hand threads.
