Workpiece: Power plant component
Material: 1.4901 (heat-resistant stainless steel)
Hole diameter: 6.3 mm
Countersink diameter: 10.0 mm
On the power plant component, 400 Ø 6.3 mm holes are to be provided with a Ø 10.0 mm 120° countersink on the back.
Due to the large ratio of countersink diameter to bore diameter, conventional back-chamfering milling cutters cannot be used.
