When the tool encounters the edge of the workpiece, the compensation mechanism installed linearly by ibex allows the tool to move axially. In conjunction with ibex conical deburring tools, radial dimensional deviations of the part can also be compensated for.

Example: Automatic transmission shaft

At the starting position, the deburring tool is in contact with the contour to be deburred. The tool is pushed upwards.

IBEX can compensate for this action and return the tool to the starting position at maximum speed after deburring is complete.

1. Before deburring:

Large burrs generated after the cutting process can be clearly seen.

2. After deburring:

After deburring with the ibex deburring system, a uniform and smooth contour can be obtained.

This way, the deburring tool always has the same cutting performance on the workpiece, thereby achieving a uniform and consistent deburring effect.
