2. Through the main hole: The tool is machined at the working feed until it reaches the root of the main hole. During this process, all burrs of the through hole can be removed.
Remove all burrs of the through hole.
2.a) The blade is hidden inside the handle and is in a retracted state
2.b) Blades in processing: Blades open in the through hole
3. Retract tool: After the tool has machined to the bottom of the workpiece, stop feeding, reverse the spindle to retract, and exit at the same machining feed rate. Complete chamfering is finished.
HSD tools are pressure-controlled tools that can machine extremely demanding inclined through holes (except for 1:1 axial and radial holes, and elliptical holes), and can also machine longitudinal slots and steps.
HSD deburring tools can machine all radial holes that intersect with the main hole through a single axial operation of the main hole. Unlike other traditional tools, HSD deburring tools do not require separate machining for each radial hole. This saves a significant amount of time and cycle time!
By processing with front and back feed programs and left and right rotation, the generation of secondary burrs is eliminated.
By controlling compressed air or coolant, the machining speed of the tool can be increased by one level.
The blades of HSD tools are flexible and controllable. This allows the blades to precisely and flexibly deburr within through-holes. The cutting force can be adjusted by program.
The tool causes no damage to the workpiece side wall.
Cutting edge, diameter and speed: HSD deburring tools offer multiple blade options, with tool diameters as small as 2mm. Through-holes can be as small as 1mm.
