1. Deburr the leading edge of the orifice
When the tool is inserted, the spring tension of the (replaceable, adjustable) blade is used to remove the burrs from the front side of the hole.
During the process of passing through the hole, the blade is pressed into the tool under spring tension. The back of the blade features a rounded design and is polished, so it will not damage the hole wall.
3. Deburr the trailing edge of the orifice
When the tool exits from the rear of the hole, the blade springs outward under spring tension. During the backward feed, burrs on the rear of the hole can be removed.
